There is writing on the envelope someone wrote 1969 c on the envelope so it just made sense for me to use the c for my designation so I get you the right coins you purchased. I try to hold them at different angles under light so you can see if there are any defects but they are still in the original cello.
I believe these to be proof like because as you can see in some of the photos you can see the reflection of my camera, if you don’t agree with that assessment please let me know before you purchase so that we can both be on the same page. The Coa stated uncirculated though.
