This is the RARE Seven Digit model. Most are six digit.
It is NEW with the original box and instruction.
There are seven wheels with seven movements.
You can stamp starting with number 1 and go up from there.

It came with a removable red ink pad. It could probably use a new one.
You can order them from the instruction sheet.
Red Black and blue are available.
This is very heavy duty.
Made by the General Binding Corp Northbrook IL USA.
It will add one digit each time you stamp with it.
Or it will repeat the number 2-4 times.
