This plate was displayed on a wall. I think some parts of it are decoupage. The illustrations under the lucite like film do have dots. The gold decoration on the front and the back do not have dots. I am not sure how it was made. All of the illustrations look like they come from one piece. Then, that is laid down on the gold decorated plate? The back is textured. About 9 3/4".  I am guessing it is from the 1980s or early 1990s, or whenever John Derian plates were on the market.  I can see some air bubbles.  Sold as is.
